BOSTON — Federal immigration agents have arrested a Dominican national in the country illegally who is accused of trying to pay a child under 14 for sexual conduct.
Arnaldo Andres De La Rosa Gil faces pending state charges of soliciting to pay a child under 14 for sexual conduct and electronic enticement of a child for prostitution, ICE Boston announced Thursday morning on X.

The agency did not disclose where the arrest happened, when the state charges were filed, or which court is handling the case.
