ROXBURY — Boston Police's Neighborhood Engagement Safety Team watched what they say was a crack hand-off play out in broad daylight on Washington Street Monday afternoon, then closed in on the alleged dealer minutes later at the Nubian Square bus station.
Alicia Mitchell, 45, of Roxbury, was taken into custody after officers — assigned to suppress what BPD politely calls "quality of life issues" around 2371 Washington Street — say they watched her sell to another person at around 5:30 p.m. on May 18, according to Boston Police.
