BOSTON — Boston police are searching for Jezel Vinson, the 14-year-old Dorchester schoolgirl who walked out of a bathroom at the Lee School on Monday morning and never returned to class.
Vinson was last seen at approximately 9:37 AM on May 11 in the area of 12 Edson Street in Dorchester, according to the Boston Police Department. She was reported missing the following day.
A staff member at the Lee School — located at 155 Talbot Avenue — told police that Vinson asked to use the bathroom and never came back.

Mother received notification of Downtown sighting
Vinson's mother told investigators she had received a notification suggesting her daughter may be in the Downtown area of Boston. Police say Vinson is known to frequent that part of the city.
Vinson is described as a Black female standing approximately 5'3" and weighing roughly 115 pounds.
