BOSTON — ICE Boston arrested Andy Garcia, a Brazilian national in the country illegally, on March 17 after what the agency described as a lengthy criminal history that includes charges for rape of a child, kidnapping, enticing a child under 16, assault to rape, and lewd and lascivious conduct.
Garcia has racked up 15 adult arraignments since entering the United States, according to ICE.
