BOSTON — ICE Boston arrested Andy Garcia, a Brazilian national in the country illegally, on March 17 after what the agency described as a lengthy criminal history that includes charges for rape of a child, kidnapping, enticing a child under 16, assault to rape, and lewd and lascivious conduct.
Garcia has racked up 15 adult arraignments since entering the United States, according to ICE.

"ICE Boston continues to prioritize arresting dangerous criminals who commit vile crimes against the most innocent victims," the agency said.
