DORCHESTER — A group of schoolchildren as young as 10 were caught brawling in the middle of Geneva Avenue Monday night, with at least one child pulling a machete during the violent confrontation.
The shocking scene unfolded around 8:14 PM, when a terrified caller dialed 911 to report roughly 10 juveniles fighting in the street. According to police scanner reports, one of the children brandished a blade during the melee.

Boston Police units scrambled to the scene, pulling up and fanning out to locate the youngsters involved. No word yet on whether any arrests were made or if anyone was injured in the confrontation.
