WORCESTER — Police are hunting for the man they say opened fire at a packed cafe on New Year's Eve weekend, leaving three people shot.
The Worcester Police Department's Detective Bureau has issued a wanted poster for Xabiel Feliciano, 30, in connection with a triple shooting at Guertin's Cafe on December 29, 2025.
Feliciano, who goes by "Xabi," is wanted on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without an FID card, and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling.
Police are warning the public that multiple firearms were used in the shooting — and none have been recovered.

Feliciano should be considered armed and dangerous.

What police know

Feliciano is described as a Hispanic male, 6'3", 225 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was 61 Chandler St., Apartment 3L, in Worcester.
The shooting at Guertin's Cafe sent three victims to the hospital. Police have not released the conditions of the victims or details about what prompted the gunfire.
