BOSTON — Boston police are asking the public to help them track down a Cambridge man wanted on multiple arrest warrants after he allegedly attacked a group of students outside their school near TD Garden and then casually strolled onto a charter bus full of Celtics fans to steal their belongings.
Seitu Morel, 32, of Cambridge, allegedly assaulted several students from a nearby school as they were being dismissed on Wednesday, March 4 at approximately 3:19 p.m. near 226 Causeway Street in the Downtown area, according to a community alert issued by the Boston Police Department.

After the alleged assault on the students, Morel reportedly didn't leave the area. Instead, police say he walked right onto a charter bus that was parked near TD Garden while its passengers were inside watching the Boston Celtics game and attempted to steal a bag that had been left unattended.
The incidents near TD Garden were not the first time Morel allegedly turned violent in Boston. Arrest warrants have also been issued in connection with a separate assault and battery and unarmed robbery that took place on February 25 at 1912 Beacon Street in Brighton, according to police.
Detectives assigned to District A-1 are actively investigating both incidents.

The BPD is urging anyone with information about Morel's whereabouts to contact District A-1 detectives at (617) 343-4571. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through the CrimeStoppers tip line at 1-800-494-TIPS or by texting "TIP" to CRIME (27463).
Police are warning the public not to approach Morel if spotted and to call 911 immediately.
The search for Morel comes as Boston continues to grapple with brazen acts of violence in and around the city's most high-profile areas, including a previous incident at TD Garden where a fan was sent tumbling from a balcony.
