BOSTON — ICE Boston says it arrested a Romanian national on Jan. 11 who is facing serious sex-related charges involving a minor.
In a post on X, ICE Boston identified the man as Iounut Andrei Stamatin and said his criminal charges include felony pay for sexual conduct with a child under 18, felony enticement of a child under 16, and attempt to commit a crime. ICE did not specify where in Massachusetts the arrest took place or provide additional details about the underlying case in the post.
