WHITMAN—Police are on the hunt for a brazen couple who allegedly pulled off an armed robbery at a CVS, leaving a community rattled and on alert.
The shocking incident occurred around 7:05 PM at the CVS located at 351 Bedford St. Authorities report that a man and a woman entered the store, with the woman hastily filling a bag with merchandise. When confronted by a store employee, the man allegedly revealed a black, semi-automatic handgun from his sweatshirt pocket, sending the employee scrambling for safety and dialing 911.
