BOSTON — Federal immigration agents say they’ve taken a dangerous repeat offender off the streets — and moved him straight into the deportation pipeline.
ICE Boston announced it arrested Ying Liang Deng on November 18th. ICE — who describes Deng as a “criminal alien offender” from China — says his record includes criminal sexual conduct (3rd degree), DWI, and 4th-degree controlled-substance possession.

Their sign-off said it all: “We wish Mr. Deng safe travels back to China!”
Deng is now in federal custody awaiting removal.
