BOSTON— Boston Police officers from District D-4 launched a vigorous enforcement operation dubbed “Operation Safe Scooter” in the busy areas surrounding Northeastern University. The operation, which focuses notably on Huntington Avenue and Gainsboro Street, aims to crack down on illegal motorcycle usage and safeguard the community.
