ROXBURY—A shocking armed robbery unfolded last week in Roxbury, where a group of masked suspects brazenly stole a scooter at gunpoint. The incident occurred around 8:15 PM on October 18, 2025, near 80 Marcella Street, sending ripples of fear through the community.

According to the Boston Police Department, the thieves were quick and calculated. After the robbery, they abandoned the stolen scooter behind 2875 Washington Street and were last seen heading into a field towards the Academy Homes Development. Authorities are now on a manhunt to identify these individuals.

The suspects are described as follows:

• Suspect One: A light-skinned male wearing glasses, a red Nike hooded sweatshirt, and black sneakers.
• Suspect Two: A light-skinned male in a blue hooded sweatshirt and black pants.
• Suspect Three: A Black male dressed in a black hat and a black Champion sweatshirt.
• Suspect Four: A heavier male in a blue/grey camo sheisty and a black Canada Goose jacket, complete with a fur-lined hood.
• Suspect Five: A light-skinned Black male in a black jacket and a black sheisty, sporting grey New Balance sneakers.
