ROXBURY— Detectives from District B-2 are on the hunt after an alarming armed robbery that took place around 8:20 PM, this week. A food delivery driver became the victim of a brazen theft, with two suspects brandishing a firearm and making off with his electric bike in a shocking display of lawlessness.
The robbery unfolded at 64 Monadnock Street, casting a dark shadow over the neighborhood. The suspects, described as a male with a medium build and brown skin complexion, was masked and outfitted in a black jacket over a grey hooded sweatshirt and grey sweatpants. He was last seen riding a black scooter equipped with headlights, adding to the chilling nature of the incident.
Just moments later, a second suspect emerged, described as a light-skinned male of thin build, dressed in a black jacket with horizontal stitching, a black hat, and dark jeans. He was spotted maneuvering a black “URLIFE” electric bike, reportedly stolen from the delivery driver. Authorities believe the suspects fled toward 564 Blue Hill Avenue, a location they are thought to frequent.
