ROXBURY—A caffeine fix turned into a chaotic scene at a Roxbury Dunkin’ Donuts when a customer allegedly flew into a violent rage after his drink order was denied. This unsettling incident unfolded around 7:55 a.m. on September 24, 2025, when the male suspect entered the popular coffee shop located at 2360 Washington Street.

Witnesses report that the individual became verbally aggressive towards the staff after being turned down for a custom drink. In a disturbing escalation, he uttered several threatening remarks, hinting at possible harm to an employee. After exiting the store momentarily, he returned, still fuming, to voice more threats before fleeing the scene altogether.
