BOSTON—In a dramatic late-night operation, officers assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) nabbed Mark Dioguardi, 37, of Revere, on serious drug trafficking charges. The arrest unfolded on October 20, 2025, around 10:30 p.m., when a vigilant officer spotted a suspicious man standing near 41 Bowdoin Street, fixated on his cell phone and glancing toward Cambridge Street.
When approached, Dioguardi made a beeline for the steps of a nearby private property at 13 Bowdoin Street, prompting officers to conduct a stop. Their instincts paid off—official police reports indicate they recovered a large plastic bag containing sixteen individually wrapped bags of fentanyl, weighing in at approximately 10 grams.
