BOSTON — Another day, another gun scare on the streets of Mayor Wu’s Boston.

Cops say a man pulled a firearm in broad daylight on Warren Street in Roxbury around 4:40 PM Thursday — and now detectives are begging the public for help to track him down.

The suspect, caught in photos blasted out by Boston Police, is believed to hang around Hazelwood Street. Officers from District B-2 are scrambling to piece together what happened during the armed incident.

Police haven’t said what sparked the showdown, but it was brazen enough to draw a citywide “Community Alert.” In plain English: if you recognize the guy, call the cops — fast.

Anyone with info is urged to call District B-2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.
