BOSTON — Boston’s Logan Airport was jolted Friday morning after a person was stabbed and rushed to the hospital, leaving New England’s busiest travel hub clouded in mystery.

Massachusetts State Police said the victim’s injuries are not life-threatening. But beyond that, they’ve revealed almost nothing: not the suspect, not the motive, not even whether the victim was a passenger, an employee, or someone else entirely.

The secrecy has only fueled confusion. As thousands streamed through Logan for the morning rush, questions swirled about where the stabbing happened — at a terminal gate, a check-in desk, a food court? Officials won’t say.
