BOSTON — A late-night fight on East Boston’s waterfront turned bloody over the weekend after a man was stabbed multiple times in the neck just steps from the trendy Tall Ship bar.
The chaos unfolded around 1:15 a.m. Saturday, when Boston and State Police rushed to East Pier Drive to break up a violent brawl that left one man bleeding from the neck and another with head injuries after being punched out.
Police reportedly followed a trail of blood into Maverick Square, where one of the victims was found seeking treatment at a nearby clinic. According to Universal Hub, both victims were eventually located and taken for further medical attention.

No arrests have been announced as of Monday morning, and police have not released any suspect descriptions.
The Tall Ship, a popular summer hotspot perched on the Eastie waterfront, draws large weekend crowds — but this isn't the first time the area has seen violence.
Locals say rowdy crowds and weak security have become a recurring issue.
“It’s getting out of control,” one East Boston resident told Mass Daily News. “It’s supposed to be a fun night out — not a crime scene.”
Police are continuing to investigate.
